strategy P itself is still a relatively young project. The know-how and experience behind it are not. International companies, cross-border structures, different legal and tax systems and the question of how people and assets are meaningfully organised across national borders have been part of our everyday work for four decades.
Paraguay was added later – not as a new product on the shelf, but as our own centre of life, business and investment location.
Some of us have been living in the country for many years. We have made private and business connections here, built companies, invested, opened accounts, concluded contracts, researched the jungle of authorities and learned where the much-cited simplicity of Paraguay actually ends.
This is precisely why strategy P originated: from the combination of international experience with people who know Paraguay not only from brochures.
That is why our work does not start with a cédula, a company formation or a property to be sold, but with the question of what exactly is to be achieved. This can result in a Paraguayan residence, a tax or entrepreneurial structure, an investment or a combination thereof. And sometimes the most sensible answer is to leave something behind.
What we can cover ourselves due to our many years of experience, we do ourselves. Where specialist knowledge is required, we work with lawyers, tax advisors, notaries, translators and other professionals here locally and around the world who are in charge of their respective business. However, the client should not have to put together a functioning puzzle from this himself.
And because strategy P is part of grenzenlos frei our perspective does not end at Paraguay’s borders. A solution is not good because it works in Paraguay. It must fit the overall international situation of the people for whom we are developing it.
